If you're looking for something fun to do with your kids, look no further than First Friday Nights at the Maine Discovery Museum. From 5-8 pm, admission is free and you can let your kids run wild!Catch a glimpse of your favorite reptiles and amphibians on the first floor. Climb the two story treehouse and sit inside a beaver hut! Upstairs you can work on a cargo boat, serve your family in the kid-sized kitchen, and check out Zuckerman's Farm from the book Charlotte's Web.

great photos! thanks for sharing. i know our family had a great time here last month... the kids DO run pretty wild!! i suggest, if you're looking for a little less choatic venture, that you inquire at your local library for a free family pass. several libraries in the greater bangor area hold them!
