The 17th Annual Union Trust Chef Gala will benefit breast cancer awareness programs and mammogram scholarships at the Maine Coast Memorial Hospital. The semiformal event is an "Off to the Races at the Kentucky Derby" theme this year and will feature the Tony Boffa Band, the famous Crocker House Raw Bar, and a cash bar. All cuisine is prepared by local chefs. Seating is limited. 5 - 11 pm. $85.
